Control Panel Upgrades

Technology is driving change for our Industrial and Commercial Clients.

This means that for our Clients to remain competitive in the market place that they must keep abreast of technology and its influence in the workplace.

This leads us to implement projects that increase Safety and that produce better Processes through ongoing improvements.

Control Panel Upgrades introduce changes incorporating the latest technology available for our Clients and may use Programmable Logic technology or simple Relay Logic and switch gear. Frequency Inverters are also often used to provide more exact control over a particular process. Each application is unique.

Hazardous Installations

Hazardous installations are specialised and we can provide services in either Maintenance or Installations.

Our most major project to date was to provide the electrical services for a Bio-Diesel Plant in partnership with a German company.

Our services on this installation included:

Area Zones 1 & 2 employing Explosion Protection Techniques using equipment

Types:   Ex i; Ex d; Ex e and Ex n.

Energy Audits
